HOW I WORK
I work in an integrative way, combining Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. In using the Person-Centred approach, I work with the way a client perceives themselves consciously, helping them to reach goals of their own choosing and at their own pace. Working psychodynamically, I look at psychological processes that may have developed in the past (particularly in childhood), and how these show up in the present-day lives of my clients. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps to identify how thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect my client's feelings and behaviour.
